SHOKAI Is Ranked 2nd Place among “China Real Estate Brand Value Top 10 (State-owned)” for the Eighth Consecutive Year
On September 10, the "2019 China Real Estate Brand Value Research Results Conference & 16th Summit Forum on China Real Estate Brand Development" was jointly held by the Enterprise Research Institute of the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Tsinghua University and China Index Academy in Beijing Yanqi Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center. The conference released the "2019 China Real Estate Brand Value Research Report" and the "2019 China Real Estate Outstanding Brand Enterprises" list. After the merger and restructuring, SHOKAI’s brand value reached RMB 29 billion, an increase of 46% compared with that of the last year, and it won the second place of "China Real Estate Brand Value Top 10 (State-owned)" for the eighth consecutive year. Pan Wen, deputy general manager of SHOKAI, attended the conference and received the honorary certificate.
