SHOKAI’s 277 Fifth Avenue was awarded the “2019 Best High-Rise Architecture” and the “2019 Best Residential”
April 8- 10 2019, Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) hosted Tall + Urban Innovation Conference in Shenzhen, China. There are around 800 owners, developers, design and engineer teams participated the event from over 40 countries. 277 Fifth Avenue, was awarded “2019 Best Tall Building 200-299 meter” and “2019 Best Residential Building”. Together with the partners and the architect, Mr. Bing Liu, the general manager of Capital Holdings (International) LTD, and Mr. Wei Zhang from May Bao Ltd received the award from CTBUH.
In the very heart of Nomad, one of the most prosperous and fashionable neighborhood in Manhattan midtown, 277 Fifth Avenue is the tallest residential condominium on 5th Avenue. Designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly, this 55 stories modern tower is invested and developed by Shokai in collaboration with the other two parties. They are Victor Group, the top real estate developer in New York, and the renowned Australian developer Lendlease. The project completed in June 2019. Among all the new development condominiums in Manhattan, 277 Fifth Avenue ranked as no.4 in sales in 2018.
