^{On June 10th}, 2017 China Green Technology Real Estate Forum and 2017 China Green Real Estate Index Release Ceremony was co-organized by Standard Ranking and Wanfang Investment at Hotel Éclat Beijing. The list of 2017 “TOP 50 China Green Real Estate Enterprises” was unveiled. SHOKAI was ranked third in terms of green building operation and was honored as “2017 TOP 10 China Green Real Estate Enterprises”. Furthermore, BEIJING SHOKAI·GUOFENG SHANGYUE, a residential project developed by SHOKAI was awarded as “TOP 10 China Green Houses”.
