Located in Anci District of Langfang, Hebei Province, Guofengyuedu Complex occupies a total floor area of 420,000 square meters. Employing a slab-type building technique, the complex was divided into five phrases, with the first two phases currently in substantial developing and building. According to the municipal requirements, sale of new properties could only commence when one third of the complex’s main structure is completed. Hence, the Project Department worked closely with the builder in construction planning. As a result, the main structure of Buildings 14 and 15 was completed on June 6, 2014, one month ahead of schedule. The rest of the buildings in Stages I and II are also on schedule.
