On December 2nd 2014, Ausbao Pty. Ltd., on behalf of Pymble Ltd., a subsidiary of Ausbao signed the Purchase Contract with the Seller (SGOL) regarding the land located in the Pymble District of New South Wales, Australia (Pymble Project). Later on January 28th 2015, the acquisition and settlement of Pymble Project was completed with the cost of AUD 36.44 million. Its total construction area covers 16,800 square meters, which is enough for 184 units of condos and 4 villas.
