On July 24th, Mr. Pan Liqun, General Manager of BCDH, met with Mr. Rob Speyer, President of Tishman Speyer. During the talk, Mr. Pan briefed Mr. Speyer BCDH’s domestic and overseas business as well as its achievements. Mr. Speyer updated Mr. Pan on Tishman’s business in the real estate development, property management and the fund management. The two parties discussed in detail domestic and international investment opportunities and cooperation models. Both expressed interest for long-term cooperation.
